Participation in the various social activities provides networking opportunities and leadership experiences outside of client engagements. From monthly meeting events in the office (MMT) to annual summer academy events, there are always opportunities to learn, socialise, lead, and enjoy the diverse experiences.

• Monthly Meetings In The Office (MMT): As consultants, we spend a lot of time working at the client’s site. That’s why we make a point of having Monthly Meetings In The Office (MMT) on a regular basis. Our Consultants and support staff join together to share new experiences, recent successes, have a drink and catch up on all the latest news.
• Summer Academy: Summer Academy is a weeklong event organised at the Netherlands, offering a variety of intellectually challenging and always enjoyable courses and training exercises – some skills-oriented, others content-oriented and also pure entertainment! The training program is focused on specific themes and current trends, and is supplemented with interesting and enjoyable social events.
