Candidate Profile:
- Analytical thinking, attention to details, results oriented, positive and proactive attitude in respect of performing research activities;
- Highly effective in communication, both written and oral;
- Very committed, resistant to stress and willing to go over his/her boundaries;
- Fluent in English; German is a plus;
- Available to travel frequently in Romania and abroad.
- Top talents with impressive track records of a major university, with background in business, economics or engineering – MBA or master degree would be an advantage;
- At least 2-3 years experience in business, preferably with international exposure and management experience would be an advantage.

Interns

- Proven impressive academic record of a major university, with background in business, economics or engineering;
- Extra-curricular activities would be an advantage;
- Exposure to international studies or internships would be an advantage;
